PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND PROCEDURE
If you purchased ACE products directly from ACE website and wish to receive a refund, please use the following procedure:
  1. Notify ACE within 30 days of purchase and get a RMA Number. Send an e-mail to ACE Customer Service at acevacandsew@gmail.com or call 818-842-1146 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA), within 30 days of initial purchase.
  2. Repackage products in their original boxes. All bags, filters, accessories, manuals and documentation that were purchased or included with the vacuum must be returned.
  3. Return products to ACE's California store, within 30 calendar days after issuance of RMA.
  4. After ACE receives the merchandise, please allow two weeks for the refund to be processed. ACE will issue a credit against the original credit card payment or issue a cash refund.
